RELEASE:  In consideration of the acceptance of my entry, 
I, for myself, my executors, administrators, and assigns, 
do hereby release and discharge Philip L. Barrett, David 
C. Barrett, Sky Tavern Ski Area, the City of Reno, US 
Biathlon Association, US Summer Biathlon, National 
Shooting Sports Foundation, Marlin Firearms Co., Federal 
Cartridge Co., and any other sponsors from all claims of 
damages, demands, and actions whatsoever in any manner 
growing out of my particpation in said event. I attest 
and verify that I have full knowledge of the risks 
involved in this event and I am physically fit and 
sufficiently trained to particpate.
